Google Weather Update: Date Now Displayed in Forecast

Google Weather has a small but useful update: it now shows the date in its 10-day forecast. Previously, only the day (like Monday or Tuesday) was displayed, which could be confusing for planning beyond a week. 

This change aims to make long-term weather planning easier.The update is part of Google app version 12.25. 

Since Google Weather’s 2023 redesign, there have been few updates, although Pixel widgets and At a Glance icons saw some changes. Google recently removed the dedicated Weather app icon.

There are hopes that Google Weather will eventually become a standalone app, with more features like radar and additional widgets for all Android devices.
