Introverts: Also, you must not want people around who do not like going on treks, yet along ski visits because all they do is moan and you want to relax and have a great time.
If you have someone like this then you should talk with them and see if they can change their attitude or if they would rather prefer to stay home.
Explain in simple terms what you want them to do and if they are not able to do that, then it is better to leave them behind.
