Apple Vision Pro Sales Slump: Is the Mixed Reality Dream Dying?

Everyone remembers when Apple released the Vision Por Headsets. Well, its been a couple of months since its release and Apple is already struggling to sell its existing stock and is thinking of cutting production down because the demand is so low.

Whats worse is that, the interest in the free demos in most Apple Stores has also pretty much fklatlined with people booking appointments and just not plain showing up. And according to a source, Apple stores that were selling a couple of units a day have now dwindled down to only a couple of units a week.

Apple has tried to step up its marketing efforts for the Vision Pro, but it has all failed. And thats not all; another issue is whether the people who first bought the Vision Pros are still using them or not. Just a couple of weeks after its launch, a ton of customers started to return their Vision Pros.

There were other complaints from users that the Vision Pros pretty much removes the user from the real world and makes you feel like an alien when used around other people. We just cannot forget the first couple of days after its release, when you could see people on the subway wearing this odd contraption.
