Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event on July 10 at the Louvre Museum in Paris will unveil several new devices. One of the highlights is the Galaxy Ring, which tracks your health.

Samsung Galaxy Ring

The Galaxy Ring has been the subject of multiple leaks. Promotional images last month confirmed its launch, and FCC certification details have revealed information about different ring sizes, battery capacities, and the charging case.

The Samsung Find app will also help locate a lost Galaxy Ring.A recent report from WinFuture indicates that the Galaxy Ring’s price might be higher than expected.

In France, it could be priced at €449. For comparison, the popular Oura Ring costs $299 in the US and €399 in Europe.

If accurate, the Galaxy Ring could be priced between $350 and $450 in the US, higher than the previously speculated $300.The higher price might be due to the lack of a subscription fee, at least for the first year.

The Oura Ring requires a $70 per year subscription, but Samsung might not charge this initially. However, some features in Samsung Health and Galaxy AI could eventually require a subscription.

While the Galaxy Ring promises advanced health-tracking features, its higher price might surprise potential buyers. The official announcement at the Galaxy Unpacked event will provide all the details.
